HR Clerk
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Fully On-Site)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Coordinator to support the Human Resources team with employee data management, onboarding, compliance, and daily administrative operations. This temporary, fully on-site role is ideal for someone with HR or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting people-focused processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage accurate data entry and maintenance of employee demographic information across multiple HRIS portals, ensuring departments are notified of changes.
- Coordinate the end-to-end background check process and conduct I-9 audits to ensure compliance with E-Verify regulations.
- Support onboarding activities by assisting with new hire documentation, memos, and staff communications.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including form completion, correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Manage HR logistics such as scheduling meeting spaces, coordinating catering, and supporting department events.
- Proactively communicate with the HR team to escalate issues and support timely resolution of departmental needs.
- Assist with HR special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Technical Requirements
Required:
- At least 1 year of HR experience and/or administrative experience
Preferred:
- Experience with onboarding processes and/or completion of I-9 documentation
- HR administrative or HRIS data entry experience
- Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Compensation
- $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
